Meet The Shoe Orthodontics Team!

Dr. Shoe grew up in New Alexandria, PA. His family lives on a small farm in Hanover. Dr. Shoe enjoys his family, CrossFit & DIY projects. He's a big kid at heart & loves Disney as much as his two sons. His love of the outdoors & working on cars began as a teenager. The running joke is that his favorite room in the house is the garage!

Jessie started her career in dentistry but was drawn to orthodontics. She loves that her patients are like family & seeing amazing transformations in their smiles! She worked with Dr. Shoe at a previous practice then joined Shoe Orthodontics in 2014. She enjoys aerial yoga, activities with her children, & shopping with her teenage daughters!

Brenda completed orthodontic training at YTI. What she loves most about orthodontics is knowing she's making a difference in someone’s life! Brenda joined Shoe Orthodontics in 2020. When not changing lives with Shoe Orthodontics, she loves riding motorcycles with her husband, spending time with family, and adventure.

Sam completed dental assisting training at YTI and was previously a Smile Architect before finding the perfect niche as our marketing guru. Growing up, she had braces twice (Phase 1 and 2) and loved going to the dentist. In her free time, she enjoys being a soccer mom, participating in the YMCA and shopping! She is also a fan girl for Elvis and Missy Elliott.

Jenn worked chairside in a clinic and lab for many years, then joined Shoe Orthodontics in 2022, where she's a treatment coordinator! Jenn loves using the knowledge she learned in the clinic to explain treatment & help people on the road to a beautiful smile. She enjoys spending time with family, going to the beach, listening to music, & reading a good book.

Jenna loves helping our patients improve their smiles through orthodontics. She completed her dental education at YTI. Jenna completed an externship at Shoe Orthodontics; we hired her as an orthodontic assistant in 2015! Now Jenna is our treatment coordinator. Jenna loves to spend time outdoors with her kids & husband.

Naomi has more than 10 years' experience and loves teeth and learning anything about medicine. She has two children and two cats, and she loves learning new things! She loves "lawyer shows" and dreams of taking a vacation to a mountain cabin somewhere.

Nikki became a Qualified Dental Assistant in 2006 & completed her expanded function dental auxiliary in 2022. She's been part of our team since 2018. She enjoys the growth orthodontics provides & the constant evolution of technology allowing us to provide better care. Nikki loves camping, riding UTVs, going to races, building, & remodeling.

Rhonda received her bachelor's in business & marketing from Towson University. She's drawn to orthodontics because she loves the environment. In her free time, she watches her three children play soccer, field hockey & lacrosse. 

Aleisha is a Hanover, PA, native with 6 years of experience in orthodontics. As the financial and insurance coordinator and a mother of 3, she knows how to help your family afford treatment! Aleisha is a big fan of crime and medical shows like Law & Order and Grey’s Anatomy. She loves cooking and is inspired by her mother, who was also a great cook!

Savannah completed dental assistant training at YTI and is pursuing her expanded function dental auxiliary certification. She had a positive braces experience growing up & is happy to be our Lead Smile Architect. Savannah enjoys playing guitar/piano, singing, hanging out with friends, traveling & caring for her pet deer!

Emma hails from Maryland and has more than six years of dental experience. She is the proud owner of two dogs and five goats! She's a huge Harry Potter fan, so ask her what House she would be in! Emma's dream vacation would be to Jamaica, and she grew up watching "Friends," her favorite TV show.

Danielle spent the last nine years working in dentistry. Orthodontics is new to her, but she loves learning something new about teeth every day.  Danielle values being a part of changing lives by brightening people's smiles. She has three daughters, they enjoy swimming, hiking, giggling, or having dance parties. Danielle enjoys Muay Thai classes at the Hanover boxing club!

Hailey completed schooling at YTI & an externship at Shoe Orthodontics. Growing up, she had braces which allows her to sympathize & appreciate what goes into treatment. Hailey loves seeing how a patient's smile changes from the start to the end of treatment. Hailey enjoys hanging out with family and friends, shopping, hiking, & watching true crime!

Jess completed the orthodontic assistant course at Howard Community College & continues to stay current with dental technology. She had braces when she was younger, so she appreciates the process of a smile transformation. In her free time, she enjoys taking care of her boys, watching them play sports & listening to music.

Krystle obtained her Orthodontic Expanded Functions Certification through Howard Community. She's been in the dental & orthodontic fields since 2006. Krystle loves seeing patients' smiles transform & watching them gain confidence. When not working, you can find her spending time with her family & friends. Her favorite place to be is at the beach!

Theresa completed her orthodontist assistant training at Howard Community College. She's been in orthodontics since 1981 & still loves her career! Her favorite part is seeing amazing patient smiles when they finish treatment. In her free time, Theresa enjoys going to the beach, spending time with family & friends, crocheting, & reading a good book!

Hannah was born in Littletown and raised in Hanover. She has 4 years of orthodontic experience, which she puts to use as a Smile Assistant. The fifth of six children, Hannah is the proud aunt to 2 nieces and 2 nephews and dog mom to her dachshund, Amaya. She’s a football fan and loves getting into the game with her whole family.
