Our New Rewards

Change is coming to the rewards program in 2019!

We have some new information about how we plan to run our in-office rewards program starting in 2019!

We always want to ensure that the services and programs we offer are relevant, valuable, and ultimately fun! Those are some main reasons people choose to come to Shoe Orthodontics! We want your time with us to be amazing.

Because of those goals, we've decided to phase out our Rewards Hub Programs.

Why Do This Now?

Our office has noticed over the past few years that participation and excitement in the Rewards Hub Program have come to a low point. Our goal is to be fun and exciting, and it seems the consensus is that keeping track of rewards cards and points has lost its appeal.

We realized that collecting and then redeeming points felt like a job to many of our patients. We aim to reward great compliance, not make patients track points on an awkward awards system.

So What's Next?

We're giving away bigger quarterly prizes! That's why we're starting with a family four-pack of Hershey Park season passes! Bingo cards? Wait, what!? We are doing Bingo cards for rewards! You can get your squares by brushing your teeth before your appointment, wearing your Shoe Orthodontics swag to your appointment, and being on time. Once you get Bingo (see cards for details), turn your card in to any team member to be entered into our quarterly drawing for prizes!

What Do You Need To Know?

If you're a new patient, we will start phasing out Patient Reward Hub beginning January 7, 2019. If you still have points you want to redeem, you'll still have the opportunity to cash out your accumulated points up until March 21, 2019, or donate your points to our Charity of the Month, Penn State Thon!

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us at our office, and we'd be more than happy to answer any questions you may have!
